Return Policy

It's very important to us that you love your purchase, and enjoy our accessories.

RETURNS

We will accept returns postmarked within 14 days of receiving your shipment.

First, CONTACT US  to inform us prior to returning to avoid delays. Please use a trackable mail service, as we are not responsible for lost returned goods. Please allow 1-3 business days to process a return request once received.

EXCHANGES

We will happily swap your item, or issue store credit for your return.  Store credit does not expire, and is supplied via email as an online code voucher for the amount of your online purchase (minus any applicable shipping charges).

You can also exchange in person if there is an upcoming event. Please email me within the 14 days to inform me of your request.
