What is your return policy?

 

Exchanges are welcome within 14 days of receiving your item. Please return it to us brand new, and in the original packaging. We will happily swap your item, or issue store credit for your return.  Store credit does not expire.

How will my item be shipped?

 

Your item will be shipped within 3-5 business days after your order has been placed.

Your order will be shipped via Canada Post, USPS, or applicable International mail service. 

 

How can I wash my Necknot? 

       Suggested Tools:

•    Clean cloth
•    Liquid detergent

 
1. Place the Necknot on a flat surface.

2. Spot clean only the area that is dirty by dabbing the soiled area with a clean cloth that you dipped in a mixture of warm water and gentle liquid detergent.

3. Rinse the area by dabbing it with another clean cloth that has been moistened by warm water, and then let the Necknot™ air dry.

Caution:
Avoid placing your Necknot in the washer (even on delicate cycle).  Also,  avoid using the dryer or iron on your Necknot, as irreversible damage may occur.
